- The Material Database, which contains cutting parameters for standard and user defined machining operations, allows users to specify (5) different sets of cutting parameters for each machining operation. For example, under ROUGH MILLING, users can specify (5) different cutting parameters ( SFM / Feedrate ) giving them the ability to include perhaps FACE MILLING, CARBIDE END MILLING, HSS END MILLING, etc.. This feature further enhances flexibility and insures
greater accuracy in machining cycletime estimates.
- Our extensive areas for SAWING insures that cycletime for this often under-estimated machining operation is quickly and easily included in every estimate.
