What is KipwareT® ?
KipwareT® is a conversational CNC programming software for turning from Kentech Inc. It is a unique CNC programming package designed for the everyday CNC programmer. KipwareT®combines a mixture of conversational programming, CAD and CAM to create efficient CNC programs that machine those everyday workpieces ... that comprise the 85%-90% of the machining done in shops every day around the world.
The simple fill-in-the-blank concept allows anyone to create G code programs ... and include COMPLEX programming like CUTTER COMPENSATION ... AUTO CHAMFERS ... or create COMPLEX THREADING programs with multiple angles ... using canned cycles or long hand G code. Conversational screens are available for most common operations such as: Shaft Like Turning - Roughing and Finishing; Grooving - Face, OD, ID or Pulley Type; Threading - OD,ID, Tapered, Straight and more; Bar Pulling / Feeding; Drilling - Short with Canned Cycle and Custom Deep Drilling Cycle Creation; Tapping; Plus OD / Face Milling and Drilling with the Optional LIVE TOOL OPTION.
The Included Kipware®SketchPad has simple, down to earth menus and an intuitive approach (it is able to auto-calculate end points and tangency points) allowing for quick and easy G code creation for those non-standard shapes. No CAD/CAM experience is required.
Why KipwareT® over CAD/CAM?
- No one can deny the need for CAD/CAM when performing complex die/mold programming, but ask yourself this question, "Do I really utilize or need a CAD/CAM system for my everyday, production programming?
