How to Use This Form :
  • Complete all areas of the CONTACT INFORMATION area.
  • Select a PAYMENT OPTION - options are credit card or COD shipment.
  • CREDIT CARD ORDERS : To ensure the security of your credit card information, you must call our Toll Free Voice Mail system to provide your credit card information. You can call 1-888-754-1198 anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide that information. Our Toll Free number is available within the U.S. only, outside the U.S. please call (508) 754-1198. Choose #3 at the Voice Mail options. Orders will not be processed until that information is received so you should call soon after submitting this form for prompt order processing.
  • Select a DELIVERY OPTION - options range from a free web download of a complete installation file ( which can be burned to a CD for back-up purposes ) to various length delivery options.
  • Select the SOFTWARE TITLE(S) desired.
  • Select the SUBMIT BUTTON.
  • When we receive your order and, if selected, credit card information, we will contact you using the e-mail address provided on this form to confirm the order, the total cost and the delivery schedule.

Delivery :
  • a) If you choose the DOWNLOAD option below, the confirmation E-Mail will contain DOWNLOAD instructions as well as PASSWORD information to enable the DOWNLOAD. You can then DOWNLOAD your software from our web site. Although an On-Screen manual is provided, additional printed manuals can be sent if that option is selected in the DELIVERY OPTION area. The confirmation E-Mail will be sent the same day as the order is received and your DOWNLOAD will be enabled for that day.

  • b) If you choose one of the SHIP options below, the confirmation E-Mail will contain shipping, total charges as well as delivery date/time information. Orders placed before 12:00 noon are shipped the same day.
