- CNC Contract Programming to provide the complete CNC Program along with set-up instructions including tool lists and other related instructions.

Delivery Options
- WEB DELIVERY: we can provide the prepared material in the form of drawing files, documents or text files using the variety of electronic mediums available, email, FTP, etc...
- IN HOUSE: If required, we can deliver the package and work-in-house to complete the actual machine set-up, obtain first article submission, inspection, and approval. Travelling expenses are required.

There is a difference between getting trained to operate a newly purchased machine, and getting trained to make a machine work in the REAL WORLD. Kentech Inc. brings over 20 years of engineering, programming and machine experience to it's CNC Programming Training courses. We will not only teach you what the G codes mean, but how to use them in the REAL WORLD to be an efficient and productive CNC programmer. In addition to CNC Programming Training, we offer courses in machine operation as well.

Training Options:
- CNC Programming: Length and content of the course will depend on the machine, control and other customer specific requirements. Sometimes the off-the-shelf products just don't fit the need. Custom Software Sampling
- System Science: Kentech Inc. created a software package that would automatically read a DXF file created in Autocad and create the G code required to machine the shape using a turret punch press. The software auto-selected the "closest size" punch and then created the positioning and G code to machine the shape using the "closest size"punch. The code also included the automatic tool selection, positioning and all machine codes.
- Raytheon Company / Portsmouth RI: Kentech Inc. developed a variety of program converstion software packages to take existing CNC programs created for a particular machine and control and auto-convert them to another machine language and control.
- Peter Prinzing GmBH / Lonsee-Urspring Germany: Kentech Inc. designed and developed a fully searchable on-line machine instruction manual that combines TEXT explanations with VIDEO presentations to instruct users on the operation and repairs of a variety of sheet metal machinery.
- Gosiger Inc. / Kentucky: Kentech Inc. developed a program conversion software package to take existing CNC programs created for a particular machine and control and auto-convert them to another machine language and control.
- Allied Manufacturing / Worcester, MA : Kentech Inc. developed a custom conversational software package to create 3D G code to machine a radius shape. The shape was part of a family of parts whose dimensions changed to fit specific requirements. The user simple enters the dimensions using an on-screen conversational screen, and the software created the G Code toolpath automatically.
- Beloit Fiber Systems / Nashua NH : Kentech Inc developed a custom conversion package to convert vertical machining programs to a custom built vertical turret lathe with live tooling.
- Mahr / Providence RI : Kentech Inc. developed a program conversion software package to take existing CNC programs created for a particular machine and control and auto-convert them to another machine language and control.
- Teledyne / Rodney MA : Kentech Inc. developed a conversational CNC programming package to allow grinding operators to create CNC shaft grinding programs using a PC based conversational program.

In machining, often a "family of parts" scenario is encountered whose programming challenge can be met using the CNC controls "CUSTOM MACRO" capabilities. MACRO's are coded programs that can automatically perform mathematical calculations as well as substitute those calculated values within cutting G code programs. Basically MACRO programs can define and re-define programmed values based on the user specified inputs.
One simple example of MACRO situation as an example:
Machining of rectangular pocket whose length and width changes but whose machining process is always the same. Using a MACRO program, the user specifies the length and width in a "call out line", which calls a G code cutting program that substitutes the appropriate X and Y values based on the user specified length and width.
Kentech Inc. has created hundreds of machining macros for customers to fulfill their specific requirements. In fact, we based our KipwareM® and KipwareT® packages on this "macro" concept. Many times machine tool builders and control manufacturers would be better served by providing customers with electronic HELP files instead of printed manuals, diagrams, and electrong drawings. Kentech Inc. has created HELP files from existing printed materials and has created fully searchable electronic ladder diagrams for both machine tool distributors and manufacturers.
An example of our work: Peter Prinzing GmBH of Lonsee - Urspring, Germany, was looking to present their machine User Operation Manuals in an electronic format that would combine TEXT explanations with the VIDEO clips to explain in-depth the operation of their metal forming equipment. Working with Prinzing GmBH and Prinzing Technology Alliance in the US, we developed a custom software package that allows the user to search the contents of the electronic manual using a simpler user interface. Prinzing provides the TEXT and VIDEO content and Kentech Inc. ties everything together to work within the contents of the custom software we developed. This package provides quality, in-depth, specific training and reference material to the customer and is at the customers finger tips anytime it is required, providing superior customer support and lessening the human support required by the Prinzing.
